What you can do in 30 days

Connectors you can use in the trial

How the trial works

  1. Request your workspace — Enter your work email, name, and company. We email you a sign-up link that works once, for 24 hours.
  2. Secure your account — Set a password, then set up two-step verification with an email code or an authenticator app. It is required for everyone.
  3. Connect and choose frameworks — Start with one cloud account and one identity provider. Together they supply most of the evidence for access, encryption, and logging controls.
  4. Review results and fix — See which controls pass and fail, assign owners, and work through the fix list. Quick Start and a guided tour help you find your way.

When the 30 days end

We email your workspace admins before each change. Upgrade at any point and keep everything: talk to sales from inside the app, and the team moves your workspace to the plan you choose. Sales can also extend a trial or move its deletion date.

Trial limits

Everything else works as it does for customers, within these limits: frameworks, controls, evidence, policies, risks, vendors, questionnaires, API tokens, and the MCP server for AI assistants.

Questions about the trial

Is the trial free, and do I need a card?

Yes, it is free for 30 days. There is no payment step, so you do not need a card.

Who can start a trial?

Anyone with a work email address. Personal and disposable addresses, such as Gmail, Outlook.com, or Yahoo, are not accepted; use your company email, or contact sales. Each person can have one trial. If your company already has an AUDIX workspace or a recent trial, a person on our team reviews the request before the sign-up link is sent.

What happens when the 30 days end?

The workspace becomes read-only for 14 days: you can view and export everything, but changes, syncs, and scans stop. Then it locks. Your data is kept for 30 more days before it is deleted, and we email your admins before each step. Upgrading at any point keeps everything.

Can I extend the trial?

Talk to sales from inside the app or at sales@audixgrc.com. The team can extend a trial or move its deletion date.

What can I connect during the trial?

Any of the 17 connectors: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, GitHub, Microsoft Intune, Mosyle, SentinelOne (endpoint, cloud security, and AI SIEM), Wiz, KnowBe4, ServiceNow, Linear, and Zendesk, with up to five connections at a time. Each uses access you create in your own account, such as a role, an app consent, or an API token, and you can revoke it at any time.

Does AUDIX change anything in my systems?

Connections read configuration and activity to collect evidence. The one exception is Zendesk: AUDIX creates a ticket there only when someone in your workspace asks it to from a finding.

Where is trial data stored?

Your workspace's database and files are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1). The App Privacy Notice lists every service that processes trial data, and why.

Can my team or my auditor join?

Yes. A trial workspace can have up to five people in total, counting you and pending invitations. Invitations are sent by email.

Does a trial make us compliant?

No. AUDIX monitors controls and keeps evidence current. Your auditor or certification body issues the report or certificate and sets its date.

I already have an AUDIX account. Can I start a trial?

Sign in instead. Trials are for new accounts; sales can add a trial workspace to an existing account.
